Scope of this notice

This notice describes information practices for the AI Expert Witness Services website and its initial inquiry forms. It applies to information voluntarily entered through the attorney matter-triage and expert-network application forms. It does not create a professional engagement, attorney-client relationship, or confidentiality agreement.

Information we request

The attorney matter-triage form requests professional contact information, a high-level description of the matter, technical support needs, jurisdiction, deadline information, and limited names for preliminary conflict screening. The expert application requests professional background and availability information. We ask visitors not to submit privileged communications, work product, evidence files, reports, detailed legal strategy, or unnecessary confidential personal information through this website.

How inquiry information is used

Information submitted through the website may be used to review the inquiry, assess whether a potential conflict or fit issue may exist, respond to the submitter, and maintain an inquiry record. Do not use a public form to provide information that requires a confidential or privileged channel.

Service providers and analytics

The public form submission endpoint is managed through Formspree. Technical service providers may process limited information as needed to operate the website and respond to an inquiry. Do not submit detailed matter information through a public-facing form unless an appropriate channel has been confirmed for the matter.

Retention and requests

The website does not publish a fixed retention schedule for inquiries. Information may be retained where reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, evaluate potential conflicts, or meet applicable obligations. To request an update or deletion of information submitted through the website, use the Contact page, identify the request as a privacy request, and avoid including sensitive matter information.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the firm’s inquiry workflows and service providers evolve. The current version is published on this page. For the separate terms governing site use, review the Terms of Use page.
