Our Network
The Expert Network
We maintain a curated network of AI experts available for litigation support, expert reports, and testimony. Our network is built on technical rigor, not volume.
Request an ExpertA Curated Network, Not a Directory
Most expert witness directories operate as marketplaces where experts self-register and pay to be listed. The result is a large pool of candidates with highly variable quality, requiring attorneys to conduct their own vetting from scratch. We operate differently.
Our network is built through direct relationships with AI researchers, practitioners, and forensic specialists who have been evaluated for technical rigor, methodological soundness, and courtroom readiness. We do not accept self-registrations. Every expert in our network has been vetted against our standards.
When you submit a matter inquiry, we search our network for candidates who match the specific technical issues in your case, not just the general subject area. This targeted approach produces better matches and reduces the time attorneys spend evaluating unsuitable candidates.

Our Vetting Standards
Every expert in our network has been evaluated against the following standards. These are not aspirational criteria. They are the minimum requirements for inclusion.
Technical Depth
The expert must have demonstrated technical expertise in the specific AI domain at issue, not just general familiarity with AI. We evaluate publications, project work, and the depth of their technical knowledge through direct assessment.
Methodological Rigor
The expert must use documented, reproducible methods. We evaluate whether their analytical approach is transparent, whether they can explain their methodology under cross-examination, and whether their conclusions are bounded and defensible.
Source Verification Commitment
The expert must commit to human verification of all sources and citations. We do not place experts who rely on unverified AI-generated content in their work product, as this creates serious admissibility and credibility risks.
Communication Ability
The expert must be able to explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. We evaluate this through direct conversation and, where available, review of prior testimony transcripts or presentations.
Availability and Responsiveness
The expert must be available within the timeframes litigation requires and must be responsive to attorney inquiries. We do not place experts who are chronically unavailable or unresponsive.
The Founder as Expert
In appropriate matters, our founder is available to serve as a lead AI systems advisor or testifying expert. The founder's background includes criminal investigations, forensic data extraction, AI systems and applications, government contracting, and testimony in law enforcement and investigative contexts.
This background is particularly relevant for matters involving AI reliability and failure analysis, digital evidence authentication, forensic data analysis, and government AI systems. Contact us to discuss whether your matter is a fit for direct engagement.
